Before any paid engagement starts, the proposal must specify cancellation milestones, work already performed, refund eligibility and timing, and treatment of third-party non-refundable costs. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

If a migration cannot meet the agreed acceptance criteria, delivery must pause for resolution, rescoping, or cancellation under those agreed terms. No automatic claim of successful delivery replaces review.
