Observe. Qualify. Rebuild.
01 — Read the public surface
We inspect the homepage, robots policy, optional sitemaps and feeds, and a diverse sample of linked pages. The report distinguishes URLs discovered from pages actually inspected. It does not run site scripts or submit forms.
02 — Separate content from behavior
Metadata, templates, navigation, and assets inform the static foundation. Forms and search need replacement or retained services. Commerce, membership, accounts, bookings, uploads, personalization, and APIs require review. A clean sample is not proof that hidden features do not exist.
03 — Agree on the rebuild
Verify authorization and ownership before copying the site in full. Confirm design expectations, URL preservation, redirects, integrations, licenses, acceptance checks, support, and delivery scope.
04 — Generate and validate
An authorized migration runs in isolated infrastructure. Kujo SSG generates static output; the delivery must include real link, asset, metadata, accessibility, mobile, and visual evidence. Missing functionality stops delivery until resolved or explicitly accepted.
05 — Deploy on your terms
Self-deploy the agreed package, or choose managed assistance in your own hosting account. Production and DNS changes need explicit approval and a rollback plan.
